Excel Shortcuts

          1. Use of F9 – Calculate/Recalculate formulas in the active sheet

          2. Use of F4 – Repeat last action multiple times

          3. Use of F4 in Formula bar – Toggle cell reference (Absolute, Relative, Mixed)

          4. Merging Multiple Cells – Merge multiple cells to convert them to one cell

          5. Multiple lines in a cell – Paragraph or new line within a cell Removing Duplicates –

          6. Remove duplicate values from selected data

          19. Use Ctrl+Shift+% to convert numbers to percentage

          20. Use Ctrl+Shift+& to apply border (outline) to selected cell/range

          21. Use Shift+F2 to edit comments in a cell

          22. Use Alt+F8 to open macro dialog box

          23. Use Ctrl+Shift+$ format current cells as Currency

          24. Use Ctrl+Shift+! format current cells as comma

          25. Use Shift+Ctrl+F Activates font face drop down list

          26. Use Shift+Ctrl+P Activates font point size drop down list
